Physical Damage to Dealer Inventory
Our Commercial Physical Damage (CPD) policy complements your business' liability and property policy by protecting risks specific to your resale inventory.
- Manufactured Home
- Recreational Vehicle
- Travel Trailer/Misc. Trailer
- Motorcycle/ATV
- Boat or Personal Watercraft
- Snowmobile
Choose from Named Peril or Comprehensive coverage:
- Named Peril policies include coverage for fire and smoke, vandalism, theft, flood, hail and wind, falling damage and other risks specified in the policy.
- Comprehensive coverage adds risk or direct and accidental loss, unless the cause is specifically excluded in the policy.
We include these hard to find coverages for no additional premium:
- Debris removal up to $5,000
- Fire department service charge up to $5,000
- Preservation of property (up to $500 singlewide, $1,000 multi-sectional)
Upgrade your policy to enhanced coverage for collision, false pretense, or loss of economic value (in some states).
Select a reporting option that fits your business: non-reporting, monthly reporting with a monthly premium adjustment, or monthly reporting with an annual premium adjustment.
